Sakura Cherry Blossom Powder
This sakura powder is the perfect condiment for your sweets and drinks. The powder has a very fine grain that quickly dissolves in water or milk. It also can be added to pastries and chocolate without adding unwanted humidity.
Use this powder to make a sakura latte or flavor pastries, ice-cream, frozen yoghurt and more with the subtle and beautiful flavor of Japanese Sakura Cherry Blossoms.
General recommendation: 1.5 tsp. / 3 grams of powder added to any drink (e.g. latte or hot chocolate) for a well-rounded sakura flavor.

Sakura cherry blossoms are preserved in salt after harvesting, so they retain their natural pink color and last for a long time.
It is carefully handle each individual flower so that they keep their shape and beautiful petals. The flowers are edible and have a strong, natural pink color that looks beautiful as decoration on your pastries!

Preparation:
To easily remove most of the salt, soak the blossoms in a large bowl of water for up to one hour or more and let them dry on a clean towel afterwards.

⚠️Note: The sakura flower will arrive to you with wet inside the packaging as noted. That is normal due to hot weather the salt will melt. It is normal and is not spoil. The salt preserve the flower not going to dried for longer shelf life. Please keep in fridge once received and open.
