Product: Peri Peri Seasoning Powder

Ready to use as-is, or can be turned into a sauce or paste by stirring in olive oil and lemon juice, delicious dry rub for seafood, poultry or meat or sprinkle over roasted vegetables.

GRILLED PERI PERI CHICKEN Recipe
Stir together ½ cup Peri Peri Seasoning Powder with ½ cup warm water and let stand for 5 minutes to “bloom” the dry ingredients. Add ½ cup olive oil to the sauce starter paste and blend in a mini food processor or with a hand held stick blender until smooth.

Place chicken thighs in a sturdy zip lock plastic bag and cover with the prepared Peri Peri Seasoning paste.
Allow this to marinade for up to 12 hours.
Cook chicken over a hot grill to 165° internal temperature and serve.
Excess marinade can be brought to a boil and served as extra sauce.
