Ingredients: rendang contains a spice mixture which includes turmeric, coriander, garlic, chiles, lemongrass, tamarind, and cinnamon.
Rendang powder is a mildly spicy, dry curry, often served with beef, chicken or lamb.
· Simply add water and simmer to create a flavorful curry sauce

Used:
Use to coat beef or lamb and add to water or stock
Use more or less liquid to control consistency
Blend with sour cream to create a unique dip or spread

Add 250g of cubed beef or chicken to a saucepan and toss with Rendang Powder. Set aside for 5 minutes, then add 1 cup of water or coconut milk to the pan and simmer until the meat is tender. Add water if necessary to prevent burning, but cook until the liquid is completely absorbed and the meat is left to fry in the remaining fat for 2 to 3 minutes.
