Honey powder is made by drying liquid honey, and then breaking the sweet dried crystals into a fine powder.
Honey powder, like liquid honey, can be used as a sweetener or flavoring. In powder form, the consistency is much easier to maintain, making it perfect for dry rubs and cake, cookie or bread mixes. Great sprinkled over hot and cold cereals, ice cream and on seeds and nuts before roasting.

Dosage : as same as using liquid honey
Use 1 tablespoon per take.

– It can be used in handmade soap, bath bombs, facial mask, body lotion etc.

REMARKS
– Honey powder is hygroscopic (tending to retain moisture), meaning that it will caking (lump) faster even in normal environment. Store in a cool and dry place and keep away from direct sunlight.
